Van- Art Expression Covid-19 Pandemic Back to work Plan

March 13th -22nd – Spring Break

March 23rd – Back to work with both video conferencing and phone service for Brian and Michelle.

May 23rd  – began seeing clients on-site in studio.

1563 Elinor Crescent Van-Art Expression worksite protocols:

​

• Clients are asked to wear masks when they are able. (some clients with anxiety issues, developmental challenges or due to young age are not able to wear masks during sessions)

• A 6 foot table has been set in the room to increase distance and still offer the client an appropriate workspace.

• Therapists are wearing masks at all times.

• Gate is opened to reduce contact points

• Door is open to office when possible to reduce contact points.

• All door handles and surfaces are disinfected between clients.

• Hand Sanitizer is provided for clients to use upon entry/exit.

• Client appointments are booked far enough apart that there is no client cross over in waiting room.

• All art and music instruments used in on-site service are cleaned after each individual client.

• Cloth towels have been removed from bathrooms and replaced with disposable paper towels.

• Bathroom is disinfected between clients.
